Father’s Day

PS. Late post. Originally posted on Tumblr last father’s day. 🙂

When I was born, you were there to catch me when i fall, whenever and wherever. When i said my first words, you were there for me to teach me the whole dictionary if need be. When i took my first steps, you were there to encourage me on. When i had my first day at school, you were there to give me advice and help me with my homework.

I still haven’t found any job (with pay), or walked down the aisle, or had my first child.

But I know you will be there for me through all these times and more, the good and bad.

Thank You for everything Pa. For giving me the best childhood memories where you were my best playmate.For being the reason why I lost almost all my teeth before because you always brought me chocolates and ice cream after your work. For not hurting me physically and emotionally.. It’s so hard to find a man that can love me like only you can.

We (RR) always see a friend in you. So I just wrote this to say “We LOVE YOU PAPA SO MUCH!!!’ We appreciate everything you did for us. We only ask God to keep you and mama safe, in good health and pain-free for many, many years. We are extremely blessed to have the presence of a kind, funny and loving father!
